Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every Tooodo CRM plan starts with a 14-day free trial of the Professional tier. No credit card is required to start, and you can downgrade to Starter or cancel any time before the trial ends.
How does per-user pricing work?
You only pay for active seats. Add a teammate and they are billed pro-rata for the rest of your billing cycle; remove a teammate and the seat is credited to your next invoice. You can switch billing cadence between monthly and yearly at any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade from Starter to Professional to Enterprise instantly from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Annual Enterprise contracts can also be paid by ACH or wire transfer.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes — qualifying non-profits, registered charities, and early-stage startups (under two years old and under $1M ARR) can apply for up to 50% off any plan. Contact us with proof of status and we'll send the discount code.
Is my data secure?
All Tooodo CRM data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We are SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR-ready. Enterprise customers also get a signed Data Processing Agreement and access to our security questionnaire.
Can I import data from another CRM?
Yes. We have one-click importers for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Zoho, plus a CSV importer that handles up to 100,000 records per upload. Enterprise customers can request a free white-glove migration with a dedicated engineer.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account settings — no calls, no retention forms. Your workspace stays read-only for 30 days so you can export your contacts, deals, and notes, and is permanently deleted after that unless you reactivate.
